Here is my beautiful Moon and Stars watermelon. It must weigh six or more pounds. It had all the indications of being ripe: yellow underside, dry tendrils, bloom on rind, hollow sound when thumped.....I just couldn't wait.
Wahhhh....It wasn't quite ripe. Hopefully I'll restrain myself for the next ones.
