Looking at your garden pics - I am convinced we need to leave NJ and move back to Lousiana!! I will wait for the wife to wake up ...to break the decision : ).
We took the kids to see The Princess and the frog and I got very 'homesick' of Louisiana. I remembered my LSU days and HAD to make some Beignets at home.
I am amazed you still have so much growing in the garden. We were under 23 " of snow few days back.
